Wild fennel of Etna which is still collected manually. Suggested for the classical Pasta with sardine, but also excellent to flavor pulses, sauces, gravies or to dress salads with boiled potatoes, rice or tomatoes, to dressings for meat or for fish

Ingredients: Wild fennel 75%, sunflower oil, sundried tomatoes, salt, vinegar
